Placing an Order - Our on-line ordering process is a breeze! Just choose the type of window treatment you want to order and you will be taken directly to the order page for that product. From there you will enter all of your ordering information. All terms on the order page can be clicked on for a full definition. How easy can you get! No credits will be given for blinds made to the wrong specifications. If at any time you have a question please ask, we are committed to providing you with the best customer service possible and want to help!

E-mail Attachments - Due to internet security reasons we do not open attachments sent by e-mail, all requests sent via e-mail must be listed in the e-mail.

Getting a price – You may click get a price for all of our on-line products. If you have a special order please call our sales department.

Ordering Swatches – You may order swatches by phone, fax, mail or on-line. Please see Order Swatches.

Financing - Please call our sales department for details.

Returns & Cancellations – Because all our products are custom made to your exact specifications returns and cancellations are not allowed under any circumstances.

Warranty – All products come with a manufacturers lifetime limited warranty.

Repairs - All repairs are handled on a per issue basis. Because of the superior quality of our blinds repairs are not a common occurrence. Typically the only repair issues that occur are due to shipping. All repairs needed must be reported within seven days from the time you receive your order so please check your blinds as soon as they arrive. Simply call our customer service department and we will quickly handle the matter for you.

Production Time – Most of our orders ship in about 3-5 working days provided materials are available. While we make every effort to ship your order on time periodically back orders may occur due to product demand. Rush orders are available by special order only. We do not offer one-day production on all our products for one reason: quality. While we understand you are anxious to receive your order, we also understand you want top quality. We have not met a customer yet that would prefer a sub standard quality blind two days before a top quality blind. Ask yourself, if your order must be out the door by the end of business today how much attention can the manufacturer be paying to quality? We believe we have found an equal balance of prompt service while maintaining top quality production standards.

Tax – Arizona residents only are subject to sales tax. Outside Arizona there is no sales tax due.

Shipping – Shipping is free for any blind order shipped within the 48 continental United States. All orders ship ground. We try to ship from the warehouse we have closest to your address, however due to product restrictions and availability this is not always possible. We cannot control shipping times, however most orders take about 2-10 working days. All orders with a width of 108" and over are subject to an extra shipping charge of $50.00 per order. Rush shipping is available by special order only. Alaska and Hawaii residents please call our sales department for shipping rates.
